born in bari, trained in milan, tested in paris. i design identities and take pictures, mostly of things that won't last. less is more, more or less. open to work, and to everything else.
ivan stolbovoi is a creative designer and photographer based in milan. he studied product design at politecnico di milano, after a diploma in graphic design at liceo artistico de nittis in bari. he has photographed for the studio of edoardo tresoldi, led communication for abmaxwell and worked as creative designer for dolly noire. in 2025 he moved to paris to work on identity and interior projects with mk idées. his work moves between visual identity, photography, motion, editorial and production: a rigorous method, contaminated by instinct. italian, english, french, a little russian.

to download a file made with aura (generative typeface) you write an email address. i use it only to keep a record of who downloaded the open edition (legal basis: your request, art. 6.1.b gdpr). it is stored on cloudflare and never used for newsletters.

only me and the providers that run the site and email (cloudflare, google), as processors. transfers outside the eu rely on the eu-us data privacy framework or standard contractual clauses. no data is sold or shared for advertising.

access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent (arts. 15–22 gdpr): write to the email above. you can also complain to the italian authority, the garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
cookies
the site sets no cookies. your browser keeps only one technical preference (the last home layout you saw, so the next one is different): it never leaves your device. to show the type and the weather it loads content from google fonts and open-meteo, which receive your ip address to deliver it.
